Mark Loveitt

President, International Wrought Copper Council (IWCC)

Mark Loveitt graduated from University College London with a BSc (Hons) and subsequently a PhD both of which were in chemistry.

Mark has been the President of the International Wrought Copper Council (IWCC) since 2008 and was appointed in 2014 to as a Board Director.

The IWCC is the global industry organisation for the copper and copper alloy semis-fabricating industry. The IWCC has strong links with the up-stream copper producing industry, the metal exchanges and other organisations in the copper and non-ferrous metals sector.

In addition to managing the IWCC and having responsibility for the work of the IWCC, Mark Loveitt represents the IWCC at the International Copper Association (ICA) and the International Copper Study Group (ICSG) and the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) and with other bodies related to the copper industry.

Li Lan

Manager Director of BGRIMM LiLan Consulting Ltd

Li Lan obtained her master’s degree in non-ferrous metallurgy from the Northeastern University in April 1997. Since then she worked in BGRIMM (Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy), a primary Chinese comprehensive research and engineering corporation for the mining and metallurgy industry. She was the founder of the BGRIMM base metal consulting team. She has been the manager director of BGRIMM LiLan Consulting Ltd (BLC) staring in Dec, 2014.

Li Lan is the key author of China Copper Quarterly Report, and is a frequent speaker at many industry conferences.
