Liu Wei, Vice President of China non-ferrous metals industry association recycling metal branch. He has long been engaged in sectors related to non-ferrous metals, comprehensive utilization of resources, and circular economy. He is also experienced in possessing & operation management, industrial macro research, policy design suggestions, project planning consultation, project operation and construction, and enterprise operation management among other areas. Liu successively led and participated in the drafting and formulation of research topics, cooperation projects, and standards and regulations in the fields of metal recycling, comprehensive utilization of resources, clean production, and energy conservation and consumption reduction under China’s National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
